We are seeking an experienced professional to join us as a Supervisor, where you will play a key part in driving sales growth, maintaining store presentation and inventory control, and providing exceptional customer service. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the Store Manager to coach and motivate the retail team
  • Assisting the retail team with pre-testing and dispensing services
  • Maintaining store presentation and inventory control
  • Implementing roster changes and driving sales through KPIs

To succeed in this role, you will require strong management skills, including leadership or training experience in a retail/customer service setting. Additionally, you should possess practical abilities, such as experience within the optical industry, and a Cert IV in Optical Dispensing is highly desirable. We are looking for someone who can contribute to a thriving store culture by inspiring and motivating their team, and has an efficient response to changing circumstances and delegating tasks effectively.
