Occupational Rehabilitation and Early Intervention Leader

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual looking to join a small, growing organisation in a pivotal leadership role.

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and guidance to a multidisciplinary team of rehabilitation consultants. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust occupational rehabilitation and early intervention strategy and post-injury management system.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team
  • Develop and implement the occupational rehabilitation and early intervention strategy
  • Deliver tangible financial, operational, and customer outcomes
  • Maintain best practice relationships with all parties involved

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration and qualification in one of the following disciplines: Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, or Psychology
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Passion for leading, coaching, and developing others
  • Commercial acumen to drive business growth, quality initiatives, and marketing activities
  • Highly organised, with effective time management
