About the Role:

Lycopodium, a leading engineering and project delivery services company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Professional to join our team on a long-term lithium project in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and report on HSE performance across all projects and offices
  • Provide regular relief HSE support to sites as needed
  • Conduct HSE systems audits on site and report with recommendations
  • Monitor audit schedules and corrective action items for closure
  • Oversee incident reporting protocols and data management within our system
  • Facilitate project risk assessments
  • Align HSE Management Plans and training packages to client/project requirements
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS)

Requirements:

  • Certifications or qualifications within the HSE/OHS space
  • Trained in Classified/Registered Plant Inspection (preferable)
  • Experience in EPC/EPCM/Client/Owner is desirable
  • Considerable HSE experience in a previous engineering/resources-related environment
  • Thorough understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Well-developed technical writing and verbal communication skills
  • A desire to build and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, project, and office personnel
