Senior Security Manager

- Supervise daily operations in a premium retail setting.
- Respond promptly to incidents, conduct thorough reviews, and escalate as necessary.
- Mentor and guide security officers, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate effectively with Centre Management, tenants, and customers to maintain a high level of safety.
- Prepare and submit accurate administrative reports and site documentation.
- Proven experience working in retail environments.
- Excellent incident management and reporting skills.
- Holding a valid NSW Security Licence and Senior First Aid Certificate is mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities are essential.
- Professional presentation and composure under pressure are key attributes.
