Cultural Facilitator Role

The role of People and Culture Coordinator is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating all operational activities that strive to achieve productivity and efficiency through the employee life cycle.
- Generating accurate workforce reports to inform business decisions.
- Supporting Business Partners in facilitating performance review training during the performance cycle.
- Providing guidance on organizational policies, procedures, and programs.
- Maintaining and updating records.
- Facilitating open communication with employees to ensure understanding of issues.
- Effectively researching and resolving employee matters.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant experience in a similar HR Administrator/Coordinator role in a corporate environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a culturally diverse environment.
- Established internal client networks with proven ability to develop trust.
- Intermediate MS Office skills.
- A collaborative and approachable manner.
