Supply Chain Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mind, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods, services, and information from raw materials to end customers. This includes coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and identifying areas for process improvement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating daily operations with suppliers and logistics teams

  • Managing inventory levels, forecasting demand, and implementing just-in-time delivery systems

  • Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, such as lead time variability and supplier insolvency

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain coordination or a related role

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, including inventory management and logistics
