Logistics Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking a Logistics Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in undertaking logistics inventory management tasks to support the Defence mission and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Undertaking logistics inventory management tasks, including corporate governance, stocktaking, supply chain assurance management, direct unit funding management, and adherence to workplace health and safety legislation and practices.
- Developing and implementing effective logistics strategies to meet operational requirements.
- Managing and coordinating logistics activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports on logistics activities and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of logistics principles and practices, including inventory management, supply chain management, and transportation management.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, developing their skills and expertise in logistics management.
