Process Improvement Professional

Seeking a certified professional to join our team as a Process Improvement Specialist. This day rate contract role is designed to bring about sustainable value and end-to-end process diagnostics across the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing process capability, providing a roadmap for continuous improvement, and driving workforce development.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Lean Six Sigma practices and methodologies, including Customer Journey Mapping, ISO, TQM, and project management skills. A Black Belt certificate from a well-recognized institution is essential, along with proven experience in implementing significant changes and delivering quantifiable results.
The role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to drive culture change, and a deep understanding of operational environments. Experience in using tools like Minitab, Power BI, or SPC is also highly regarded. In addition, previous experience within retail, FMCG, or supply chain is desirable.
