
Civil Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Drafter to join our Transport Delivery team.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise production of drawings using standard methods and techniques
- Complete, review and validate design drawings documentation with a high focus on quality
- Lead, guide, manage and work alongside a team of drafters and identify opportunities to develop staff
- Develop plans following standard BIM processes and procedures, including ISO 19650-2 workflows.
- Ensure drawings comply with design/drafting checklists and are peer reviewed.
- Tertiary qualifications in Drafting or Engineering and/or relevant equivalent work experience
- Experience in the operation of software design tools including Bentley suite, MicroStation and Autodesk suite, AutoCAD and AutoDesk Construction Cloud
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
- Ability to solve problems utilising existing procedures and refine/develop current CAD Standard procedures and identify efficiencies
- Strong client focus, high levels of motivation, collaboration and dedication and the ability to work well in a team environment.
