Job Summary

Raven's Recruitment is seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead our pharmacy team in the Wagga region of NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the dispensary and shop, while also driving business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead a small team of pharmacists and support staff, providing guidance and direction to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow the business, develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and advice.
  • Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, staff supervision, and quality control.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent degree, current registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
  • Experience: At least two years' experience in community pharmacy, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and organisational skills, ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff, and a strong commitment to customer service.
