Job Opportunity:
Raven's Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead our team in the Wagga region of NSW. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the dispensary and shop, maintaining QCPP & 7CPA targets, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the dispensary and shop operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Maintain QCPP & 7CPA targets, driving business growth and improving patient outcomes.
- Lead and develop a small team of pharmacists and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement business strategies to improve patient engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent degree.
- Current registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in community pharmacy, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
