Our main services are in Wellington, Dubbo, Western Sydney, Penrith, Nepean, and Blue Mountains, and we provide outreach services to other towns and communities through regional programs.
The OpportunityThe Grants Manager will oversee the acquisition, management, compliance, and reporting of all grants and funding agreements. This role is central to ensuring financial sustainability, compliance with legislation, and alignment with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue grant opportunities aligned with our strategic goals.
- Prepare and submit high-quality funding applications and proposals.
- Oversee grant contracts, ensuring compliance with funding agreements and legal obligations.
- Manage and monitor program budgets, including forecasting and cash flow analysis.
- Ensure compliance with ACNC, Corporations Act, and funding body reporting requirements.
- Provide governance and compliance reporting to the Executive Manager.
- Develop systems to strengthen internal financial accountability and reporting.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with government departments, funders, and key stakeholders.
