Job Title: Performance Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Analyst to join our Global Performance Management Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing business performance across various markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaboration: Build strong relationships with Country Managers to gain deep insights into their operations, local markets, and customers.
  2. Analysis: Identify areas of strength and weakness within business units through detailed performance analysis using our analytical toolkit and reporting suites.
  3. Problem-Solving: Collaborate with centralized teams to develop tailored solutions for identified issues.
  4. Implementation: Assist in implementing solutions to ensure they effectively address problems.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Monitor outcomes and make necessary adjustments to strategies and processes to drive continuous improvement.

Team Dynamics:

The Performance Analyst role is part of a Global Performance Management Team, split into regional teams, each headed up by a Team Lead. We collaborate closely to share best practices and insights, enhancing revenue and margin performance across various markets.

As an independent entity, our team provides objective and actionable insights during regular business reviews, supporting country, regional, and functional teams.

Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, our team is responsible for monitoring performance against targets.
