Performance Optimization Specialist

As a Performance Analyst at IWG Careers, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and optimizing EBITDA margin across various markets.
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, ability to analyze complex data, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with Country Managers and centralised teams.
Key Responsibilities- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance using analytical tools and reporting suites to identify areas of strength and weakness.
- Problem-Solving: Collaborate with teams to develop tailored solutions for identified issues and implement effective strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Build strong relationships with Country Managers to gain deep insights into their operations, local markets, and customers.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor outcomes and make necessary adjustments to strategies and processes to drive continuous improvement.
The Performance Analyst role is part of a Global Performance Management Team, split into regional teams, each headed up by a Team Lead, dedicated to driving revenue growth and optimizing EBITDA margin.
The team collaborates closely to share best practices and insights, enhancing revenue and margin performance across various markets.
Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the Performance Management Team is responsible for monitoring performance against targets.
