We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our bakery team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in creating high-quality bread and baked goods that delight our customers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Trade Qualified Baker with experience in fast-paced environments. You will be responsible for contributing to a well-presented and engaging bakery department.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Operate mixing machines and baking equipment to produce premium bread and baked goods.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in baking techniques and procedures.
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about baking, has excellent communication skills, and can work effectively in a team environment.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Trade Certification or Diploma in Baking
  • Extensive experience in high-speed baking settings
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene principles
  • A passion for quality and consistency in all aspects of baking
  • Ability to mentor and support other team members
