Lead Pub Manager

About the Role
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve business objectives
  • Create and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the pub, including inventory, scheduling, and personnel management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and local community groups
Requirements
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior hospitality management role
  • Proven track record in sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
