About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead our client, Direct Care Resources, through a period of transformation and growth. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for driving the organisation's strategic direction, overseeing operational excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the organisation's reputation.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the development and implementation of effective operational processes, ensuring seamless delivery of services and high-quality outcomes for clients.
  • Innovation and Digital Transformation: Lead the organisation's digital transformation efforts, leveraging technology to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the client experience.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, government agencies, and external partners.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing team culture, promoting collaboration, innovation, and excellence in all aspects of the organisation's operations.
Requirements
  • Executive Experience: Proven track record of success in executive leadership roles, with a strong background in digital transformation, operations, and business growth.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Operational Excellence: Proven ability to oversee the development and implementation of effective operational processes, ensuring seamless delivery of services and high-quality outcomes.
