About the Opportunity

This exciting role offers a chance to join a dynamic property group as their Senior Property Coordinator. Based in Green Square, close to public transport, you'll be part of a high-vibe office in a growth phase.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in Real Estate, with leadership skills and the ability to work independently. You'll oversee a team and manage service delivery on properties across Australia, ensuring timely sales and efficient maintenance.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to achieve mortgagee in possession properties and trustee properties sales within deadlines.
  • Manage national portfolios of properties, focusing on maintenance and compliance.
  • Nurture relationships with suppliers, ensuring they operate within agreed budgets and timelines.
  • Assess and recommend optimal solutions for clients, weighing costs and benefits.
  • Evaluate repair requirements before selling properties, providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Provide reports and support data requests as needed.
  • Lead a team of coordinators, offering guidance, training, and mentorship while upholding company policies and procedures.
