**Property Management Role - Leading National Brand**

We are seeking a skilled Senior Property Manager to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a prominent property management company, handling a diverse portfolio of local properties.

**About the Role:**

  • Manage a large portfolio of approximately 160 properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meeting high standards.
  • Build strong relationships with landlords, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests, working closely with the repairs and maintenance team.
  • No leasing or administration duties, allowing you to focus on property management.

**What You'll Need:**

  • A Certificate of Registration or License, a car, and a valid driver's license.
  • A background in property management, with experience in relationship building and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
