Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Support Officer to join our team. As an HR Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Manager and wider organization.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building Relationships: Building effective working relationships with team leads and driving innovation and proactive business process improvement.
  • Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the HR Manager and wider organisation.
  • Employee Records: Maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Recruitment Process: Assisting in the recruitment process (e.g., posting job ads, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • HR-Related Paperwork: Preparing employment contracts, onboarding documents, and other HR-related paperwork.
  • Training Sessions: Helping coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and staff events.
  • Employment Lifecycle: Facilitating the full employment lifecycle including recruitment and selection.
  • Employee Files: Managing employee files through our custom HRM system.
  • Communication: Communicating with employees with a collaborative approach with any changes that are required.
About You
  • Prior Experience: Having prior experience in a HR support role is essential.
  • Commercially Minded: Being commercially minded and having demonstrated capacity to consistently add value to the employee experience is crucial.
  • Fun and Outgoing: Being fun and outgoing with an ability to build rapport on all levels but with a commercial sensibility who understands cost implications of HR in a service environment is vital.
  • Flexibility: Being able to adapt to a fast-paced and innovative space is essential.
