Job Title:

Community Services Worker

We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate individual to join our team as a Community Services Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare healthy meals for residents, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the facility, adhering to housekeeping standards.
  • Support residents in developing independent living skills, such as cooking and cleaning.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a safe, positive, and trauma-informed environment.
Requirements:
  • Certificate II in Kitchen Operations and a Food Safety Certificate.
  • Experience preparing nutritious meals and maintaining food safety standards.
  • Strong organizational skills and reliability.
  • Ability to work with people with high-level needs (desirable).
  • Compassionate and trauma-informed approach when supporting residents.
