About this opportunity
As a caregiver supporting clients in their own homes, you will be part of our team that provides quality care and support to people in need. Your role may involve assisting with daily tasks such as household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, and medication assistance.
To support you in your role:
We offer a comprehensive orientation program including buddy shifts
You'll have direct access to a dedicated supervisor for guidance and support
You'll be provided with a mobile phone to access important information and stay connected with the team
Access to a learning and development team to support your ongoing professional growth and career advancement
Earn a competitive hourly rate plus superannuation, with opportunities for paid travel time and mileage between clients

What do we need from you?
You will have an Australian driver's licence and a reliable vehicle with third-party property damage insurance to transport clients safely. You will be a strong communicator with resilience and patience, and a proficient user of smartphone technology, apps, and email.
