About this role

This is an exciting opportunity to join as a Trainee Community Support Worker. No experience is required, and you will be provided with training in Certificate III in Individual Support.

As a Trainee Community Support Worker, you will visit clients in their homes and provide assistance with daily tasks such as domestic support, meal preparation, and personal care.

Your responsibilities
  • Provide support to clients with daily tasks, including domestic support, meal preparation, and personal care.
  • Use your initiative to support clients in a respectful, person-centred manner.
  • Report any changes in client needs to your supervisor.
What we offer
  • Flexible shifts between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Regular on-the-job training and opportunities to complete studies while being paid.
  • Permanent part-time roles with 15–30+ hours per week.
  • Hourly rate starts from $24.65+ per hour.
Requirements
  • A great attitude, being caring, supportive, and reliable.
  • A willingness to learn and work.
  • The ability to pass a National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable Persons Card.
  • A current NSW driver's licence and a reliable vehicle with full comprehensive insurance.
