  • Lead and mentor staff, providing proper onboarding, training, and ongoing development to maximize their potential.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance operations and contract deliverables, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • A confident leader with a strong background in turf or horticultural management, preferably with experience in facility maintenance.
