Lead Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mental Health Nurse Leader to lead our care team in delivering high-quality mental health care to our residents.
As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring the delivery of person-centred care to meet the diverse needs of our residents.
You will assess their needs, develop care plans, and implement them in collaboration with your team. Your leadership skills will enable you to plan rotas, recruit, train, and mentor staff, while building strong relationships with local regulators and social services.

- A Registered Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration
- Experience in providing care for older people and those with dementia
- Well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
- Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory frameworks

Dedicated, ambitious, and resilient, you will have a strong track record of delivering improvements to achieve quality care. You will be a natural leader who has acted as a clinical mentor, supporting newly qualified nurses through their preceptorship.
