Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast-food or customer service role is an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
