Are you seeking a new career opportunity that offers hands-on experience and nationally recognized qualifications? Look no further. Our 20-week traineeship is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the construction or business industry.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an individual who is motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. As a trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our organization, gaining practical work experience and participating in classroom theory sessions to earn a recognized national qualification.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Nationally Accredited Certificate 1 in Construction CPC10120 or Business BSB10115
  • Practical work experience on real-world projects
  • Construction White Card (for Construction option)

Benefits:

  • 20 weeks paid employment
  • 5 days per week on-the-job training and RTO qualifications
  • Wrap-around support including mentor assistance, job-seeking skills, and wellbeing support
  • All equipment and uniform provided

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Be a Queensland resident currently living in the Gold Coast area
  • Be unemployed or irregularly employed for 6 months or more
  • Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or temporary resident with visa to permanent residency
  • Be aged 15 years or older
  • Not have previously completed a Skilling Queenslanders for Work (SQW) program
  • Be motivated and ready to commit to full attendance of a 20-week course and traineeship completion
