About the Role

We are seeking an experienced logistics professional to join our team as a National Logistics Manager AU. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities to foster collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Functional Leadership: Oversee all distribution centers and transport activities nationwide, ensuring seamless execution of logistical processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders in supply chain, planning, manufacturing, procurement, safety, and quality to drive business objectives.
  • Logistics Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to optimize service levels, meet customer expectations, and achieve company-wide logistics goals.
  • Project Management: Lead large-scale transformation projects, manage supplier relationships, and negotiate contracts to ensure value addition to the supply chain.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading large teams in a multi-site operation, driving growth, and improving efficiency.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the beverage industry, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, influencing, and change management skills to engage stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
