About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced real estate sales agent to join our team at Talent Focus. As a commission-driven sales professional, you will be responsible for listing and selling properties, building strong relationships with clients and industry contacts, and utilizing your negotiation skills to achieve favourable outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively list and sell properties and close deals.
  • Approach each opportunity with a go-getter attitude to maximise sales potential.
  • Communicate effectively with developers, potential buyers, and other stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with industry contacts (buyers and developers) to understand their needs.
  • Understand local real estate markets, property values, and market trends.
  • Effectively showcase and sell property features over the phone and in-person meetings.
  • Utilise strong negotiation skills to achieve favourable outcomes for clients and the agency.
Requirements
  • Hold a Certificate of Registration as an Assistant Agent.
  • Minimum 12 months of experience with a Certificate of Registration.
  • Possess a Class 2 Real Estate Licence.
  • Proven track record in generating leads and closing sales in real estate.
  • Proven key relationships professionals involved in buying, developing and managing property (desired).
