About this role:

This varied role would see you take on a range of tasks including:

  • Cybersecurity compliance and governance
  • Maintaining Essential 8 compliance program
  • Coordinating internal and external audits
  • Investigating, coordinating and managing responses to security incidents and breaches
  • Developing and delivering cyber awareness campaigns across the organisation
  • Providing expert advice on security requirements for new projects and technologies

About you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in ICT, Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Industry certification preferred – CISSP, CISM etc
  • Experience in a Cybersecurity role in the Defence industry
  • Strong understanding of Essential 8, ISM and PSPF
  • Comfortable performing hands-on assessments and tool implementation
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to evaluate threats and controls in context
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Able to work independently and across teams

NV1 security clearance eligibility requires Australian Citizenship.
