Job Title: Enterprise Cybersecurity Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cybersecurity professional to lead our enterprise protection initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic risk management, building strong governance frameworks, partnering with cross-functional teams, and advancing our cyber maturity.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on security leadership role that requires a deep understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, strategic planning, and team management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex cybersecurity projects, leading high-performing teams, and fostering collaboration across functional boundaries.

  • Drive Enterprise Protection: Develop and implement proactive risk management strategies, identify and mitigate threats, and ensure the implementation of effective controls.
  • Build Strong Governance: Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks that ensure operational security activities are performed effectively, measured accurately, and managed efficiently.
  • Partner Across the Business: Collaborate with Technology, OT asset owners, business system owners, vendors, and service providers to deliver outcomes that meet the organization's objectives.
  • Lead and Uplift Execution: Oversee the analyst capability, guide day-to-day operational priorities, and ensure the environment remains safe and resilient.
  • Advance Our Maturity: Contribute to programs that uplift our posture against recognized frameworks (e.g., AESCSF) and strengthen cyber risk management across IT and OT.
