- Source and Obtain Pricing from Subcontractors and Suppliers: Source and obtain pricing from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive bids.
- Analyse Costs and Identify Value Engineering Opportunities: Analyse costs and identify opportunities for value engineering to optimize project outcomes.
- Collaborate with Project Teams: Collaborate with project teams to assess project requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare Comprehensive Bid Proposals: Prepare comprehensive and competitive bid proposals that meet client requirements.
- Monitor Market Trends and Maintain Knowledge of Current Pricing: Stay up-to-date with market trends and maintain knowledge of current pricing to ensure accurate cost estimates.
- Degree-qualified in Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying: Hold a degree in Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
- Experience working on similar complex fit-out projects: Have experience working on similar complex fit-out projects.
- 5+ years' experience pricing projects for head contractors: Have at least 5 years' experience pricing projects for head contractors.
- Ability to accurately measure elements and trades: Have the ability to accurately measure elements and trades to reflect project requirements.
- Work under pressure to achieve deadlines: Be able to work under pressure to achieve deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
