Job Title: Store Operations Assistant

This role involves managing the receipt and storage of goods, ensuring timely delivery to the catering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately record and receipt all deliveries from vendors and suppliers.
  • Manage stock levels in the store to ensure optimal inventory turnover and minimal waste.
  • Coordinate with the catering team to ensure the availability of necessary goods and materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other relevant data.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements regarding food safety, quality assurance, and workplace health and safety.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Current Forklift/Work at Heights licenses are essential.
  • A basic understanding of halal policies and procedures would be advantageous.
  • Good knowledge of general work health and safety principles is required.
  • General knowledge of warehousing and storage procedures is essential.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills are necessary for effective communication and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational skills are critical for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
