Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to all aspects of store operations, including managing the store team, ensuring stores are open and ready for trade, reducing stock shrinkage, and optimizing sales.
  • Work with your manager to manage wages and achieve profitability and operational efficiencies.
  • Analyze and interpret sales conversion and customer engagement metrics.
  • Ensure effective leadership and provide feedback, support, and training to store team members.
  • Support recruitment and retention efforts by identifying and developing top talent.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a management role in a customer-facing environment, preferably in retail or hospitality.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and operations to meet targets and metrics.
