Job Overview

We are seeking experienced and passionate support professionals to join our dedicated teams. If you have a genuine commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities, we would love to hear from you.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and a strong ability to develop daily living skills such as housekeeping, personal care, social skills, and budgeting.

They will be able to provide high-quality support and foster independence for our clients by assisting with aspects of personal care, supporting with meal planning, cooking, light cleaning, and facilitating community connections.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Helping individuals achieve their NDIS goals
  • Providing support during daily activities
  • Assisting with meal planning and preparation
  • Facilitating community connections
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is advantageous
  • Previous experience working in Community and SIL environments or supporting people with complex disabilities will be highly regarded
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, early mornings, weekends, and sleepovers
  • Ability to meet physical requirements and perform manual handling tasks
  • Commitment to privacy and confidentiality
  • Good computer skills and experience using Word, Excel, and Outlook
