Job Description:

The Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 2 Palliative Care is a pivotal role in the Supportive & Palliative Care Service, driving quality improvement and evidence-based care initiatives. As a leader in patient-centred care, this position will drive practice improvement and lead clinical reviews across acute care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert clinical advice and consultancy in palliative and supportive care.
  • Lead and participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
  • Provide education, mentorship, and clinical support to multidisciplinary teams.
  • Initiate and participate in clinical research, service planning, and strategic initiatives.
  • Drive practice improvement and lead clinical reviews across acute care services.

Requirements:
