About the Role

We are seeking talented, motivated, and innovative Graduates to join our dynamic Urban Development team in Canberra.

  • Project Support: Assist Senior Engineers in planning, designing, and executing engineering projects.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to support engineering decisions and project outcomes.
  • Technical Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our engineering solutions are cutting-edge.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
What We Need from You
  • A recent graduate of a tertiary degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
  • Prior student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment is highly desired.
  • Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality, or customer service industries is highly desired.
  • You possess a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • You are innovative thinkers and problem-solvers.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Excellent rapport building skills and a desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
