Capital Transactions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Capital Transactions Analyst to join our high-performing team within the Investment Management business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in identifying, underwriting, and executing on and off market real estate acquisitions and disposals for existing and new funds and mandates across various sectors.
  • Support senior investment professionals with financial analysis, market research, investor presentations, and due diligence to drive strategy and growth for the business.
  • Work closely with the Asset Management and Funds teams to shape asset and portfolio strategy, contributing to active portfolio management and driving investment performance.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property Economics, Business, Finance or related disciplines.
  • Experience in the commercial real estate sector through funds/investment management, valuation, development or investment banking.
  • Strong skills in financial modelling, including developing and maintaining financial models to analyse investment opportunities, performance calculations, and asset valuation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collate information to present and influence audiences.
  • A team player focused on working collaboratively within and across teams.
