The Opportunity:

A Health Trainer is needed to deliver high-quality vocational education and training to students pursuing a career in health.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver engaging vocational programs in health-related subjects at Certificate II & III levels.
  2. Assess student learning and progress, provide constructive feedback and support.
  3. Mentor and guide students to achieve their career aspirations.
  4. Collaborate with industry partners to ensure smooth transitions into chosen careers.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification (desirable).
  2. At least 3 years of experience in delivering vocational education and training in health-related subjects (desirable).
  3. Health certificate with training experience.
  4. Strong knowledge of industry standards and accreditation requirements.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. A passion for education and commitment to helping students achieve their career goals.
