Full-Time Storage Manager Position

Opportunities abound in a dynamic role that combines customer service, administration, and operational excellence. We are seeking a driven individual to fill a full-time position at our Butler centre.
This multifaceted role encompasses delivering great service to support customers in making the best storage choice for their needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting sales targets and key performance indicators
- Capturing customer insights and trends
- Coaching and leading a small team of store consultants
- Driving operational excellence with a focus on centre presentation and maintenance
- Ensuring safety-first culture, compliance, and administrative tasks are completed in line with company policies
- Resolving customer complaints and enquiries
- Monthly analysis and reporting summarising the centre's financial performance
To succeed in this role, you will require prior experience in a management or supervisory position in a fast-paced environment. You should have a proven ability to work towards sales targets and KPIs, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. A motivated, proactive, and positive outlook, along with the willingness to learn and grow with the business, is essential.
We offer a permanent role with no nights, Sundays, or Public Holidays, a set rotating roster, comprehensive training, and a lucrative sales incentive program.
