About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Frontline Hospitality SA & NT. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our front-of-house operations and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and food quality
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with our owners to ensure that our venue remains a leader in the Adelaide dining scene
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the business
  • Ensure that our venue meets all relevant health and safety standards
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Strong passion for great wine and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
