A fantastic opportunity exists within the dynamic world of packaging for an individual with a desire to provide exceptional customer service and sales experience.

This diverse role will see you working with a large and varied product range, engaging face-to-face with customers in a showroom environment, responding to telephone sales enquiries, processing customer orders, pricing and quoting customers, building strong customer relationships, and providing support to the external sales team.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a passion for sales and customer service, clear and confident written and verbal communication skills, computer literacy, a collaborative approach, maturity, and a proactive nature.

Our customer service team is highly valued and critical for our continued success. We are dedicated to creating an environment that allows our people to thrive, supporting personal and professional development within the business, and providing opportunities to diversify skill sets.

We supply glass and plastic bottles, jars, containers, closures, cartons, dividers, cans, flexible and bulk packaging to various sectors from seven Packaging Plaza Showrooms and Distribution Centres across the Nation.
