Job Title: Customer Service and Sales Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customers in making informed decisions about window coverings by providing product knowledge and recommendations tailored to their needs, style, and budget.
  • Conduct in-home consultations to gather measurements and ensure a perfect fit for the chosen products.
  • Present quotes to customers and follow up to secure sales, fostering strong relationships and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the installation team to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and exceptional customer service.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in blinds, shutters, or home improvement products.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with new and existing customers.
  • Ability to conduct in-home consultations and provide accurate measurements (training provided).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present quotes and negotiate sales.
  • Self-motivated individual with a results-driven approach, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in using software applications related to sales and customer service.
  • Valid driver's license (required for home consultations).
