Nurse Practitioner

At Healthscope, we are committed to providing high-quality care to our patients. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Oncology department.
Responsibilities:- Provide evidence-based nursing care to patients receiving chemotherapy and immunotherapy, including comprehensive assessments and individualized care plans.
- Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Ensure patient and staff safety by adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Deliver education and support to patients and their families to promote health recovery, rehabilitation, and end-of-life care.
As a Registered Nurse in our Oncology department, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients with various types of cancer, including breast cancer.
Requirements:- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Working with Children check.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in oncology nursing.
- Commitment to quality patient care and adherence to ACQSHC National standards.
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills.
