About the Role

Ventia Pty Limited is seeking an experienced and skilled Catering Manager to join our team. As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement menus for routine meal services, private functions, and formal events
  • Manage and train a team of food and beverage staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Conduct monthly stock reconciliations, monitor wastage, and control stock levels
  • Complete banking, record keeping, and reporting of daily transactions

Requirements
