Student Experience Advisor

The role of the Student Experience Advisor is pivotal in shaping the student journey, fostering meaningful connections and providing a supportive hand to students across various channels.

About the Role

This position plays a vital part in ensuring students receive expert advice, guidance, and support regarding administrative aspects of their studies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support services to students through effective case management, maintaining accurate records.
  • Be the primary point of contact for all non-academic student enquiries, focusing on domestic students.
  • Respond to and resolve student enquiries efficiently, prioritizing responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to process tuition fees and other payments.
  • Maintain up-to-date student records in the database.
  • Support the coordination of student engagement events and formal events.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in student services within a higher education environment.
  • Experience with student management systems and learning management systems is an advantage.
  • Diploma qualification or higher is preferred.
  • Ability to engage students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Capacity to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize responsibilities.
