Job Title: Advanced Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our case management team.

This exciting role involves leading, supervising, and coaching Case Managers and Case Officers to ensure best practices are upheld while fostering professional growth among staff.

  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and support to Case Managers and Case Officers.

  • Advanced Case Management: Utilize strong interviewing skills, goal-setting abilities, and a deep understanding of correctional best practices to engage offenders effectively.

This approach helps create structured pathways for rehabilitation and reintegration, ensuring alignment with best practice case management services.

As an advanced practitioner, you will be responsible for managing clients with complex presentations and conducting risk and needs assessments in a human services context.

You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective interventions that reduce risk and maximise individual outcomes.
