About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Team Member to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present dishes that meet our culinary standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Prepare mise en place for all relevant menus in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Report any maintenance or hygiene issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, and all relevant legislation
- Achieve departmental targets as part of the team
- Embody our commitment to environmental sustainability
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 1 qualification in food preparation and cooking
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Basic food hygiene certification
