Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned community leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our village.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of staff members, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Oversee maintenance and ensure that all facilities and amenities are well-maintained and safe for residents.
  • Manage budgets and financial resources effectively, ensuring the village operates within its means.
  • Develop and implement programs and activities that promote resident wellbeing and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading teams and managing budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to quality and excellence.

Additional Requirements

  • First Aid and CPR certification is required. A driver's license with own transport is also essential for this role.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online applications.
