Paid Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Social Media Specialist to join our team at Noisy Beast.
As a Paid Social Media Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with iconic brands across various industries, executing and optimising paid social media campaigns to deliver strong business results and achieve marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement paid social media strategies that align with clients' brand positioning and target audiences.
- Manage and optimise paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Conduct thorough research to identify and understand target audiences for each brand, and utilise advanced targeting and segmentation techniques to optimise ad placements and creative messaging.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
- 3+ years experience in paid social media advertising/performance media
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media analytics platforms
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and how they work, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, for advertising purposes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A competitive salary range of $70,000-72,000 excluding superannuation, and the opportunity to work with a talented team of digital experts and social gurus.
